I like this painting. It reminds me of Mexican American culture kind of like chicano art. The kind of art you see around here. I am from Brownsville, Texas. I saw a comment you left in another blog of some woman painter. You kind of ask for a critic of your work. And I guess I jumped into your blog to see the artwork. If I may be allowed to critic it. I would say its brilliant in color. The subjects seem playfull and happy. The tecnique seem slick and sharp with organic back grounds. But it is some what safe, artsy somewhat deco art. I myself kind of like art with a little spice and controversy. It is also illusional and spiritual. The colors chosen seem suthing yet striking. Have you had any art shows?
